What not to do before a photoshoot

useful tips

To ensure your photoshoot goes perfectly, it's important to consider some preparation details. Here are a few things you should avoid doing before the session.
Tanning in a tanning bed or at the beach
Excessive sun exposure can dry out the skin, and makeup may not look as good on it. Additionally, redness on the face, neck, and body often appears, which is difficult to hide with makeup or retouching. Self-tanner can also cause problems if applied in a hurry: stains or orange palms will certainly not enhance your look.
Hair removal
It's best to do this procedure a few days before the photoshoot so that the skin has time to recover and any red spots have faded.

Massage
After a massage, bruises may appear on the skin, and they take time to heal. If you plan to have this procedure, do it in advance.

Eyebrow shaping
To avoid redness and swelling, shape your eyebrows a day or two before the photoshoot. This will give your skin time to fully recover.
Drinking too much before bed
If you drink too much water (or other liquids) the night before, there is a risk of puffiness in the morning.

Preparation on the day of the photoshoot
Rushing to get ready creates stress and increases the chances of forgetting something. Prepare everything the day before the photoshoot so that on the day itself, you can focus calmly on yourself and your emotions.
These small steps will help you feel and look confident and beautiful during the photoshoot!
